Kyiv Wakes Up Late
People in Kyiv, on average, seem to wake up later than in the rest of Ukraine
Indeed, according to the 2010 election results (
http://www.cvk.gov.ua/vp2010/wp0011.html
click on Po Ukraini), only 16% of Kyiv voters voted before 11, against 25.7% on average.
